A flame cell's primary function is to stop flame propagation. Gas keeps moving; the flame front hits the element and dies there. Available in 2" or 4" thickness.

03 THREADED IN-LINE ARRESTOR

For the small lines
that still carry flame.

In-line flame arrestors are built for end-of-line applications where system operating pressure sits close to atmospheric, and the chance of a flame stabilizing on the arrestor element for any length of time is minimal.
