A natural draft burner has no fan to fail and no motor to feed. The heat of the flame itself drives the air the flame needs.
Hot combustion gas in the stack is lighter than the ambient air outside it. That density difference creates a gentle negative pressure, or draft, at the burner, and the draft pulls fresh combustion air in through the burner's air inlets.
Because the system is self-driven, what matters is getting the geometry right: burner type, air inlet arrangement and options matched to your firetube and your site. That sizing is the work we've been doing since 1980.

Every burner we've built is drawn and filed. Send a serial or a PO number and we quote the exact replacement from the original drawing.
Order the burner built the way your crew works: access, ignition hardware, connections and spools, all specified up front.

Enables easy access to internal piping, main burner, and pilot assemblies.
Provide additional safety and stability with transporting, mounting, or securing the burner. This option is recommended when the burner is to be mounted more than 4 ft from the ground.
Manway covers are attached by nuts & bolts, providing easy access to internal components.
Purge fans push air through the firetube and stack, eliminating residual gas.
Rather than a traditional bolted hinge-type, clamps allow quick serviceability without requiring tools to open the housing.
The UV Sight Tube enables automatic flame monitoring for the burner.
Aluminum nuts are welded inside the housing for ease of mounting and removing the flame arrestor.
Transformer Brackets (XFMR) are made to mount inside the housing.
Ignition module brackets securely mount burner management systems for reliable installation.

Bolt-on and threaded hardware shipped with the unit.
Mounting flange adapter that connects the burner flange to unique customer requirements.
A custom threaded pipe to extend the nozzle/flame into the firetube to the proper and safe depth. Ask for this addition when the nozzle is not placed within the bath solution (4" – 6").
A mounting spool that is used to extend the flame arrestor past an obstruction. Recommended when the stack overhang exceeds the standard or when retrofitting the current unit.
Recommended for all flange connections. The Gasket provides a seamless seal aimed at preventing air or liquid from entering or exiting the flange connection.
Control secondary airflow going into the firetube. This product is aimed at retaining heat in the firetube and reducing cycle times.
Ideal for units that have the intention of returning Flue Gas for reuse. This product is also recommended for extreme weather conditions.
Designed for end-of-line vertical venting, this arrestor enables unrestricted airflow while providing flame protection for storage tanks and atmospheric vent lines.
Listed as an add-on option as well as an enhancement. Transformer Brackets (XFMR) are made to mount inside the housing.
